3:30-4:00pm: MaLinda Mathis, CEA-FCS agent will present Food Preservation 101 to include how to safely preserve your own food and reducing food waste while doing so. Demo will include Apple Pie filling, apple butter, apple jelly, and apple cider vinegar techniques and necessary equipment to do your own.
