NINJA SELF DEFENSE TECHNIQUE 🥷🏻 How To Win A Fight Against A Bully: Kempo Training #Shorts

In this video I demonstrate how to win a fight against a bully. The ninja self defense technique that I teach in this lesson, comes from the Koka-ryu Kempo Goshinjutsu Karate Training. Koka-ryu Kempo is 1 of the 7 warrior traditions that’s taught within the Budo Ryu Kai.
In this self defense scenario, the bully is verbally addressing you, while walking up to you. Once the bully gets close, he then, pushes you back to try to intimidate you. As soon as the grab push is applied, step back into a strong horse stance (kiba dachi) and execute a snap kick to the groin, followed by an uppercut (ura zuki) to the face before you evade to safety.
This lesson is directly for those training in the traditional Japanese martial arts and self-defense techniques of the ninja and samurai, such as ninjutsu (ninpo) and bujutsu (budo).
