Prepping: Why So Much Canned Food Healthy Prepper? Its so Unhealthy! What Gives??



My rational for the cans for SHTF emergency food:

1. They are easy to obtain.

2. They last a very long time – much longer than the best buy date.

3. Most require no fuel to eat, they are ready to eat right out f the can in an emergency.

4. They often contain all 3 carbohydrates, proteins and fats and also water.
