HOW TO HAMMER FIST CORRECTLY FOR SELF DEFENSE | Ninjutsu Martial Arts Training Techniques

The Hammer Fist (Tetsui Uchi) is a very effective strike that you can utilize for Self Defense. It is a very versatile technique that can be done a variety of different ways and from a variety of different positions. The Tetsui Uchi (Hammer Fist) is most efficient when done by striking downward, striking lateral as well as striking upward.
The best areas of the body to utilize this technique for self defense are:
(01) Downward onto the face/nose.
(02) Lateral Strikes to the neck/throat.
(03) Upward Strikes to the groin.
(04) Hooking Strikes to the temple or behind the ear/head.
Being really good at the Hammer Fist / Tetsui Uchi takes a lot of training, but when you get the technique down well, it is a very effective technique for self defense.
This lesson is directly for those training in the traditional Japanese martial arts and self-defense techniques of the ninja and samurai, such as ninjutsu (ninpo) and bujutsu (budo).

Soke Anshu Christa Jacobson; Headmistress of the Budo Ryu Kai (a.k.a Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo), is one of the most sought after instructors in the traditional and eclectic martial traditions. Budo Ryu Ninjutsu is Soke Anshu Christa Jacobson’s modern approach towards the study of ancient samurai & ninja warfare. The seven warrior arts that are taught within the Budo Ryu Kai are:
Koka Ryu Kempo (甲賀流拳法)
Tenjin Ryū Jujutsu (天神流柔術)
Tomo Ryu Shinobijutsu (戸猛流忍術)
Eishin-ryū Iaijutsu (英信流居合術)
Koto Ryu Koppojutsu (虎倒流骨法術)
Gyokko-Ryū Kosshijutsu (玉虎流骨指術)
Togakure-ryū Ninpo Taijutsu (戸隠流忍法体術)
