Level 1-Preps you use everyday and will use no matter what- ie food, water, batteries, basic medical. Level 2-not everyday consumables but can be used occasionally in recreation, etc. Water filters, hiking packs, propane or butane cooking or heating appliances, etc. Level 3 preps are those items we hope we will never use!
