How To
How to store white flour long term for your prepper/SHTF food storage
White flour does not store as well as wheat but it is easy to work with as you don’t have to grind it and your body is probably used to digesting it unlike wheat which can be hard if you are not used to it or have an allergy.
Properly prepared by freezing and then storing with oxygen absorbers and vacuum packed, white flour can last for years.
Every pound of flour you buy today will be money saved in the future. If there is a collapse or problems in the future, few things taste as good as fresh baked bread.
There are better flours you can store too. Unbleached, unenriched and unbromated flour is healthier but is more difficult to find.
